Michele Heyward is founder of PositiveHire. She has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. She has over 15 years of industry experience with 12 years in construction as an engineer & project manager.
Michele’s vision is to help experienced women of color find inclusive workplaces, and help enterprises recruit them.
